The WIN Challenge is led by Aspen Digital and supported by Pivotal, the organization founded by Melinda French Gates. The bedrock of the initiative is a $60 million grant competition to discover and scale transformative solutions across three pillars (Culture & Practices, AI, and Narrative) that help women thrive—and everyone win—in a rapidly changing workplace.
Aspen Digital, in collaboration with Aspen Institute’s Economic Opportunities Program, leverages its know-how in emerging technologies and narrative change to unlock new opportunities and help people thrive in a changing economy.
The WIN Challenge is supported by Pivotal, a group of organizations founded by Melinda French Gates. The funding for the WIN Challenge is part of Pivotal’s $150 million commitment to tackle the biggest barriers and maximize the opportunities available in a rapidly changing workplace.
